This Privacy Policy explains how JASA Essential ("Order My Xerox", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our mobile app. We are committed to keeping your data safe and being transparent about how it is used.

3. Third-Party Services

- Google Firebase — Authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Storage, Push Notifications
- Google Analytics for Firebase — Anonymous usage analytics
- Google Fonts & Font Awesome CDN — UI icons and fonts
4. Data Sharing
We only share your data when:
- It is necessary to fulfil your order (e.g., delivery staff see your delivery address)
- Required by law or a valid government request
- You have given explicit consent
5. Uploaded Files (Xerox Orders)
Documents you upload for xerox printing are stored securely on Firebase Cloud Storage. They are:
- Accessed only by the fulfilment team to process your order
- Automatically deleted after 30 days of order completion
- Never shared with third parties or used for any other purpose
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

8. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including:
- Firebase Security Rules for all database and storage access
- HTTPS / TLS encryption for all data in transit
- Firebase Authentication for secure sign-in

Our service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notification. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
