1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the JASA Essential app ("Order My Xerox"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
JASA Essential is a campus/local delivery platform that allows users to:
  • Place xerox / printing orders
  • Purchase books, stationery, and electronic kits
  • Track order status in real time
  • Request products not currently listed
We act as a facilitator between buyers and the fulfilment team. Product availability and pricing may change without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Orders & Payments
  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or stock unavailability.
  • Refunds are issued for cancelled orders within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Xerox / printing orders are non-refundable once processing has begun.
5. Delivery Policy
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and demand.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, technical outages, etc.).
  • You must be available at the delivery address. Undelivered orders may be cancelled after 2 failed attempts.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading orders or information.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the service.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of JASA Essential or third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and code within the JASA Essential app is the property of JASA Essential and protected under applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JASA Essential is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app notification.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
